Kizuna is a crochet scarf with a ribbing textured stitch pattern, it is compact, double-sided and universal.
The name “Kizuna” is a Japanese word meaning special human ties and connections.
I designed this scarf in the meantime of a long-distance relationship. As a Taiwanese who is deeply influenced by neighboring Japanese culture, I was constantly thinking of the word “kizuna” since it best describes the situation.
…kizuna born among people … which fosters feelings of solidarity and serves as the underlying strength to overcome hardships. (About kizuna, The Government of Japan)
